Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on July 16 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 132(STA) "An Act                                                                                
         relating to exemptions from the payment of motor                                                                       
         vehicle registration fees for residents 65 years of age
